With nearly three decades in the fashion and beauty industry, Kristina Moore has spent the last 21 years as an educator for elite global hair brands while continuing her work as a stylist behind the chair. After a successful tenure in fashion retail management, she returned to the hair industry, reigniting her passion for creative and technical education, as well as mentorship.

Kristina was introduced to Alter Ego Italy in 2016 and embraced the opportunity to expand her role into education with the brand in 2017, collaborating with artists from Italy and across the USA. From 2019 to 2022, she served as the Creative Technical Director, focusing on refining technical education and inspiring creativity within the industry. Now, as the Director of Education, she guides advanced classes, stage presentations, and the ongoing development of the U.S. Education Team.

Kristina remains behind the chair to stay connected with the products and the needs of consumers, offering a grounded yet inspiring approach that empowers stylists with real-world techniques and creative innovation.

Whether behind the chair, in the classroom, or on stage, Kristina's passion for education and her mission to uplift fellow artists remain at the heart of her career.
