I’m a hairstylist and educator, and for a long time I worked the same way most stylists do—staying busy, working long hours, and trying to make it all work. From the outside, things looked fine. But behind the scenes, it didn’t feel like I was building anything that was actually growing.
Everything changed when I became known for modern short haircutting. That one shift allowed me to grow both locally and online, attract the right clients, and build real demand behind the chair.
Today, I work around 28 hours a week, support my family of four, and help other stylists build their careers with more intention, more freedom, and a lot less burnout.
