Winner of the 2022 BTC OneShot Award for Shag/Mullet, Rachel Williams is known for her approach to cutting, especially bangs and shags. “I love creating movement and texture,” she says. She also specializes in blonding, ranging from lived-in looks with soft contrast to all-over platinum.
In her 24-year career, Rachel has seen her creations featured in major consumer magazines such as Allure, Glamour, and Southern Living, as well as Behindthechair.com, Arcscissors.com, and the podcasts for How to Cut It (UK edition), and Jack Howard Color. She boasts more than 180,000 Instagram followers, thanks to the artistic inspiration and technical know-how she shares with her fellow stylists.
